beta-3 delayed by one day

Hi,

There are 10 more issues listed for beta-3 that would be really good to
include as that really squares off any changes that could be rated as
"significant". The rest is all cosmetic and plugins, AFAICT.

For that reason, I plan to cut the beta-3 testing release tomorrow +
vote for that and other plugins such as install/deploy that have had
changes. The release the next day on approval will also be followed by
all the approved plugin releases.

Please let us know if you have any issues with this.
