This patch updates the NetCDFParser to provide 'Dimension' and 'Variable' information as --text output for NetCDF files.  Additionally, the patch updates NetCDFParserTest to test the new text output.

To test the new parser and create the patch, I followed the steps at: https://wiki.apache.org/nutch/HowToContribute .

Please let me know if I've missed any steps along the way in the process to get this committed.
