Anyone have a copy of the Tapestry in Action source code?

Tapestry, I'm finding even as a seasoned Struts/JSTL developer, has a
pretty steep learning curve. Mostly because, in spite of the fact that
it fits the POJO paradigm nicely, it's implementing interfaces and
extending objects all over the place. It would be nice if the book had
included full source code so that you could walk through the examples
and fully understand them. Manning.com is down right now. Their phone
is
disconnected. The code isn't available on howardlewisship.com. Anyone
have their own copy or know where to find it?

I hate to admit this, because it mean's I'm not a "true"
tapestry-head, but I just never trusted the framework to auto-extend my
classes for me. So everything I write has concrete setters and getters
pointing back to a concrete instance variable. I actually found going that
approach made the whole Tapestry learning process much more "discoverable"
because there was a lot less "f-ing magic" and a lot more traceable code.

It probably added to my development time over just using the "make
everything abstract" approach, but everything just seems so much more solid
and predictable to me in the debugger. So if you're learning and all the
enhancements are making your head spin, just try making your properties
concrete for a bit. It definitely helped me follow what was going on.
