[PR] NIFI-12293 Standardize HTTP error response messages [nifi]

   # Summary
   
   [NIFI-12293](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-12293) Updates exception handling in several web application filters to write standard messages based on the type of exception being processed.
   
   Changes include adjusting applicable filters to write standard messages to the HTTP response stream. Existing log methods continue to include the full message and stack trace details.
