Translators heads-up: new localized message

Hi folks,

there's a new global message to be localized (in style/lang/<lang>.xml):

    <!-- directive not translated yet -->
    <message id="nottranslated">The documentation for this directive was
        not translated yet. Please have a look at the English
        version.</message>

The message is available in trunk, 2.2 and 2.0.
