Email monitoring

Hi
 
I need to find a good email monitoring package that will run with James
2.2.0.  The package needs to be able to monitor emails for certain keywords
etc and blocking them where required.  It also might need to log all emails
sent through the system.
 
Tis is a new area for me, can anyone suggest some good solutions, preferably
free like James.
