[~bergenholtz] I have few questions for this enhancement:

1) Are you looking  to add description field for Type class generically. So that it is available for all different types like Struct, Class, Trait. So all different types will have description associated with them along with name.
2) Enhance UI to be able to add description while creating a trait (tag).
3) Display the description on UI along with name where it lists all traits.
