[users@httpd] Compile Error with compiled OpenSSL

Good Morning(Afternoon, Evening or Night),

I am working to build Apache 2.4.6 on Solaris 11.1.

I am receiving this error when building:

It looks to be an issue with TLS however I don't know where this is going
wrong.  Building against the system library works successfully.



Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
