https://github.com/apache/bigtop/blob/master/bigtop_toolchain/manifests/packages.pp Line 20, on Fedora and RHEL get libtool installed but Ubuntu it doesn't. This is breaking Zookeeper builds for me until I install libtool and libcppunit-dev
