[I] [Bug][Manager] Data synchronization query bug [inlong]

Jzow opened a new issue, #11759:

   ### What happened
   
   When I uncheck the synchronization type on the page, it queries all data groups and the synchronization type is null, which is a bug.
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   The query data flow group should be distinguished normally
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Deselect `synchronization type`
   
   ### Environment
   
   CentOS
   
   ### InLong version
   
   master
   
   ### InLong Component
   
   InLong Dashboard
