[Issue 78986] Unable to open Writer as it keeps trying to recover a document and freezes up

every time I go to open up the program to start another document it freezes up
and has the request to recover document each and every time of the last
document that I used and sometimes it ever freezes up while I'm working on a
document and I can save it then I have to shut down my computer to be able to
open the program again and if this happens since I couldn't save the changes I
have to start the document all over again its beginning to be a real problem as
its making me lose time and have to redo all my school work and I don't have
the luxury to retype 15 and 20 page documents etc besides the point of having
to start from scratch all over again. the screen that pops up even when I close
out the documents before I exit the program it still requests that I do a
recover document the most annoying part is when it freezes up on me and I have
to redo a document all over again because of not being able to save it I took a
picture of the screen and emailed it to myself if its needed. I couldn't attach
it here though. I uninstalled the program and then went to your website to
download the new version and install it but this didn't help. when I had the
old 3.0 version I never had this problem it all started to happen when I got
the new version and I took the computer to get it scanned for viruses and they
said it didn't have any that would affect the programs functionality and
suggested that I uninstall it and then reinstall it to see if that would fix
the problem but it didn't. I would appreciate it if this could be fixed as I
like your software and being a student funds are limited. thank you.
