To Do List Typo
Hello, all.
I have found a typo in "Velocity Todo"
( http://jakarta.apache.org/velocity/todo.html ):
<quote>
The groundwork has be laid for a flexible caching system in Velocity, ...
</quote>
But I don't know which is a correct expression, "has to be" or "has been."
Would you tell me which is correct?
Thanks in advance.
