The exporter currently can be started in cloud mode with {{-z <zk-host>}} or in standalone mode with {{-b <url>}}. I.e. the exporter needs direct access to zk.

Allow it to talk to solr, detect if ZK is used, and pulling clusterstate over HTTP to discover the nodes.
