Jackrabbit FileVault 3.2.0 Release Plan

Hi,

I'd like to cut Jackrabbit Filevault 3.2.0 tomorrow.

The list of open issues scheduled for 3.2.0 is empty:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20JCRVLT%20AND%20fixVersion%20%3D%203.2

The candidate release notes are here:

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jackrabbit/commons/filevault/trunk/RELEASE-NOTES.txt

If there are any objections please let me know.
Best regards, Toby

I just tested the proxy and it works. It would be good if we can include a released 2.16.3.
Thanks

I can take care of the release early next week, if that's sufficient.

It would be great if 2.16.3 could be released soon although mostly for https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-4317 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-4317> (and not for proxy support).

No,

but currently it uses 2.16.1, but 2.16.2 has been out for some time.

And of course there's no reason why we couldn't release 2.16.3 if you
want the proxy support right now.

Best regards, Julian

It does, but FileVault is waiting for either 2.16.3 or 2.18 to be released to be able to include that. Or do you recommend switching to an unstable release again?

Does Filevault embed/include/bundle any Jackrabbit artifacts? In which
case you probably should update dependencies (such as for
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-4317>)...
