[jira] [Updated] (AIRFLOW-431) Add support to CLI to create or edit a pool

Siddharth Anand updated AIRFLOW-431:
------------------------------------
    Description:
Currently, we need to rely on the UI to create a pool. It would be great if we could simply do this via the CLI so that we could leverage automation!

The new CLI command will suport display, create, and edit on a pool!
