Missing entries in the config file

Summary: Missing entries in the config file
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.39
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: All
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: bashir_gas@hotmail.com

I have installed Apache 2 on a RedHat 7.2

In the httpd.conf file, I can not find entries like
AddModule or LoadModule

Do I have to worry about it?

My other question is: Are there any mod_ssl and mod_perl for Apache 2

Thanks
Bashir
