[https://github.com/esoule/strip-nondeterminism] is a Perl script to do the same.

These things could be replicated in Java, and it would be good for the community to attempt to chase some of the features of other build technologies, and initiatives.

Optional of course: <nondeterminisic-output>true</nondeterminisic-output> <!-- defaults to false -->
