BSPPeer fault tolerance issue

I notice a jira issue (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HAMA-199)
saying that at the moment the BSPPeer doesn't have fault tolerance
feature. Have it been finished?

If not, is there any chance that I can help improve this issue?

Sincerely,
Chiahung

I check the jira and will raise jira/ question if I encounter any issue.

Thank you.
