Looking for a Windows committer

I have moved the build.bat/build.sh script into the bin directory (like 
in other Apache projects).  I have tested the unix scripts but don't 
have a Windows machine to test the .bat scripts.

Can someone test the windows scripts (and commit changes if necessary?)

PS: it would good to have a list of the different platforms committers 
can test a release on.  I can test on Linux and Solaris.

I don't have commit status, but I can test on Win98, WinNT and
Win2K.

I can test on Win98 and possibly WinNT4 ... but
I don't have the recent Win platforms.

What JDK versions do you suggest/require?
