Myriad IRC Channel: #myriad on freenode

I've created the #myriad IRC channel on FreeNode, if you cool kids wanna
hang out and talk shop.
I also created https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-10485 to add
ASFBot channel logging and JIRA reporting, as explained in
http://www.apache.org/dev/asfbot.html
