[jira] [Created] (QPID-5328) browse mode should imply unreliable
delivery over 0-10
Gordon Sim created QPID-5328:
--------------------------------
Summary: browse mode should imply unreliable delivery over 0-10
Key: QPID-5328
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-5328
Project: Qpid
Issue Type: Bug
Components: C++ Client
Affects Versions: 0.24
Reporter: Gordon Sim
Assignee: Gordon Sim
Fix For: 0.25
At present if browse is specified, the accept-mode will still default to explicit accept. Since the qpid::messaging client will never try to acquire the message, there is no value to this and it potentially forces applications to call acknowledge for no (externally) apparent reason.
