Digester Rules DTD

Hi,

I am interested in using the rules xmlrules feature of the Commons 
Digester. The brief introduction refers to a DTD for the rules, but 
there is no DTD in the package I downloaded.

Anybody know where I might find it?

Ah ha! Found it - its only in the source distribution. 

Might I suggest that this is included in the binary distro as well, as it 
is the only real documentation for this feature?
