Okay, svn.collab.net's upgrade to 1.3.0 is complete.  I ran into a
little snag with multiple conflicting versions of libexpat on the server
(a problem typically confined to the likes of Berkeley DB ... what a
blessing to have it manifest itself elsewhere on this momentous
occasion), but all seems well now.
