New High level tool that uses Subversion
Hi,
I'd like to suggest this resource to the category, high level tool that
users Subversion on this page:
http://subversion.tigris.org/project_links.html
PrimoTrac
http://www.primotrac.com <http://www.primotrac.com/>
Primo Trac is a project management application written in PHP/MySQL and
integrates into Subversion (SVN). It's capable of tracking issues/trouble
tickets, important milestones, a powerful DokuWiki for every project,
versions/change sets and more in one suite.

There's none, in fact some users were confused so the name changed to
Primo Planner. Unfortunately, I don't have the time anymore to continue
with this project.

Actually for me it was the other way round: when I saw the web page and that
it isn't free my first tought was "code theft !", until I noticed that
Jonathans tracker uses PHP...

Thanks for making the change.
Let us know when the site is ready and we'll make the link (or better
yet, just post a patch to www/project_links.html and we'll apply it).

I've decided to change the name to Primo Planner and registered the domain
name, primoplanner.com.
I will soon change the site over to reflect this new name so that the
Edgewall's Trac brand remains in tact, and less confusing for new SVN users.
Thanks for all the input.

PrimoTracker, maybe?
I think changing the name would be nice. Given the existence (indeed,
fame) of "Trac", the name "PrimoTrac" strongly suggests some kind of
improved version of Trac. Especially given that theirs is open source
and yours is not, the similar names have the potential to damage
Trac's brand identity pretty badly.
Let us know what new final name is, assuming you make one, so we can
make a link from our page.
Best,

There isn't any relationship, other than it shares the word "trac". I guess I
can change the name if it's confusing. Any suggestions?
I looked at Edgewall in the past for a client that need a project management
suite, but couldn't get Trac installed. The problem was that Python
didn't play
very well on the unique BSD server they had.
So, I wrote a PHP version instead for them based around the svn binary
which is
different from Trac since I believe it relies on Python SVN wrappers.

What is the relationship between PrimoTrac, and Edgewall Software's Trac?
