   I am not considering this as a security issue. Even though the role 'root admin' appears to domain admins, if they (domain admins) try to create a user with this role (‘root admin’), an exception will happen. Therefore, the only thing I am doing here is to stop the role 'root admin' to be listed for non-'root admin' users.
