Release 2.2

Hello everyone,

Has there been any discussion as to when 2.2 will be released? I have
noticed any updates at

Any details to scheduled plans would be appreciated.

We have a lot of balls up in the air at once in trunk.  I think it  
would be great to get a 2.2 release out but there are a lot of loose  
ends to tie up.  I've started discussion on the dev list.... please  
feel free to encourage a release there.
