Per the Checkstyle CustomImportOrder [documentation|https://checkstyle.sourceforge.io/checks/imports/customimportorder.html#CustomImportOrder] the group separator ### is deprecated in favor of a comma-separated list.

The point of this ticket is to replace the use of ### with a comma.
