Missing pgp key from public database

Your LDAP record contains the following pgp key fingerprint:

9B64 F310 B9E4 6D92 D9A2  07CE 706D 3998 511D 1DE2

However, the corresponding key does not appear to have been uploaded
to a public key server. As such, it's not possible to use it.

Please could you either upload your key to a public keyserver or
replace the key in LDAP with a key that is already available from a
public keyserver

See
http://www.apache.org/dev/release-signing.html#keyserver
and
http://www.apache.org/dev/release-signing.html#keyserver-upload

Thanks!
