[RESULT] [VOTE] The fifth HBase 1.5.0 release candidate (RC4) is available

With 4 binding +1 votes and one non-binding +1 votes, and no 0 or -1 votes,
this vote passes.

My thanks to all who voted on the candidate.

Completing the release.
