Putting content on a tab with subtabs

Hello List,

I am structuring a website and its navigation with the downloaded
Jetspeed 1.6 distro. I try to put content on the pane of a tab where
several subtabs are definied. So fare J16 jumps from the tab
directly to the first subtab and its content.

Is there a possibility to put content on a tab (in level one) where
some subtabs (level two) are defined as well?
