I modified UserAuthenticator.java so that it would accept userid and pass from
either parameters or from basic auth encoded Authorization header.

This allows for the easy addition of basic auth for interfaces such as webDAV.
decoding uses the apache xmlsec jar which needs to be added for this to work.

I will attach the patch.
