services disappeared after add services in web

Hi! 

I am using ambati 2.6.1, and find a confused question: 
I add a new stack and then install services in this stack. 
Install is ok, but after adding a service, the web refresh 
and then all services disappeared. 

I found no error in log and if i restart ambari-server, 
it becomes normally. 

Could someone help me?
