The ApisJarMojo tries to resolve wrapped artifacts from the Maven Repository using the coordinates found inside the artifact's {{pom.properties}}. However in some cases the coordinates are missing the classifier of the artifact.

As [~simone.tripodi] explained, the classifier can often be inferred from the file name of the wrapped artifact. This file name is available on the {{Bundle-Classpath}} manifest attribute.
