Taco's tree

Taco's tree seems to work by using direct links. This means that it
doesn't work too well inside a form. Is there any way to get it to play
nicely with forms?

To answer myself...

I think the best way seems to be to makeNodeDirect=false on the
TreeNodeView component and render the links manually with some javascript
trickery to submit the form.
