We are trying to update the Drill website (svn pubsub). However, SVN is throwing a permission error and not accepting any updates.

tshiran-laptop:_site-apache tshiran$ svn commit -m "Fixed some links"

Sending        download/index.html
Transmitting file data .svn: E195023: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: E195023: Changing file '/Users/tshiran/Development/drill/_site-apache/download/index.html' is forbidden by the server
