We should support ALPN, <http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-tls-applayerprotoneg-01>, which is the successor to TLS NPN. This should be wired up to the TSNetAcceptNamedProtocol() API for versions of OpenSSL that support this protocol extension.
