It is impossible to generate documentation, the button does not exists.
Options to configure documentation are still available
### How to reproduce
right clic on the project --> Generate documentation is not here like v14

Can't replicate this issue. Which build system? Could you also try with a supported JDK (running the IDE on JDK 11+).

Sorry i wrote the wrong version, it was JDK 18.0.1.1
I reinstalled Netbeans without importing data from netbeans 14, the button appears correctly !
I have to configure all manually but i works now
