Err… not really! It’s never been as active as now. The page to check is
the changes page: http://jakarta.apache.org/cactus/changes.html. You’ll
see everything that was added since Cactus 1.4.1. You can also check the
features page (http://jakarta.apache.org/cactus/features.html) which
contains the list of new features added to Cactus 1.5.

WRT release, yeah, we really should have done a release sooner… We are
actually preparing one as we speak but it will still take a bit of time
(say 2 weeks) as we’d like to release the Eclipse plugin for Cactus.

That said, you can use a Cactus nightly build. All the nightly builds
are very stable as the full suite of tests is run on them. Nightly
builds are available here:
http://cvs.apache.org/builds/jakarta-cactus/nightly/ (this link is
available from the cactus download page).
