Replaces the "Events" page with an "Events calendar".
Embeds the public APISIX Community Calendar to the website and adds an issue template for community members to add their events to the public APISIX community calendar.
This will ensure that the page is automatically updated and the community members can subscribe to the community calendar or individual events to make sure they are notified.
For event participants, they can share events from their own calendar to the APISIX events calendar or use the APISIX calendar directly for their own scheduling and would not need to manually update the markdown file after every event and for new events.
