   This currently blocks 3.0.0-RC2 integration with the platform because it leaves the Quarkus Google Cloud Services bits in a broken state.
   
   Seems that force downgrading pubsub in the platform works. So I'll propose that as a temporary workaround.
   
   From what I can see, Quarkus Google Cloud Services is already in a bit of a broken state anyway since Quarkus 3.2.0.Final. It has not dealt with the Netty version conflict in Apache Arrow like we have.
