Changed the internet part of the URL parser to handle IPv6 addresses. Because of secondary effects the brackets were kept as part of the host name. Interaction with other parts of ATS and origin servers would require keeping or constantly checking the host name and that was too intrusive.
Handling of the Host field was changed as well so that port extraction was not confused by the presence of colons from IPv6 addresses. This is still a somewhat open issue. I think I found all the places this mattered but further work may be required.
