Tracked down the location of the "link" in question.  

>From the main Struts 2 site.  The left-hand link for Support/Wiki Pages is the following: https://cwiki.apache.org/S2WIKI/welcome-to-apache-struts2.html

David posits that the proper link should be the following: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/S2WIKI/Welcome+to+Apache+Struts2

The first link goes to a page with several more links than the second link.  Perhaps the second page needs to incorporate the links from the first page?
