nightly demo cycle

i wrote a little script to svn up 1.2 and 1.4 every night on the zone, 
do a clean build, and restart the two jetty instances.

this should take care of

* always having the newest builds available as demo
* cleaning out garbage people enter during a test drive

it's in the crontab now, so it should start working tonight.
