   I don't think `parquet::StreamReader` is a product usable structure...Also actually I think `ReadBatch(..., nullptr, nullptr` shoudl not be used.
   
   The comment looks confusing, seems it could only be used if user call `ReadLevels` or read def-levels and rep-levels outside
