Roadmap for 1.2 Release

Hi Folks,
I've just pushed on a bunch of issues to 1.3 in an attempt to set a Roadmap
of sorts for releasing Any23 1.2.

I am going to push the Website to CMS soon enough and smarten up some
documentation issues then I will be happy with the contribution towards 1.2
development.
If you guys want any other bugs or things to be sorted out then please feel
free to assign the issues to 1.2.
