OODT article

Sally put us in contact with a german tech portal wanting to run an article
on OODT. Here is my working draft.

Chris etc who know the history better may want to add/correct stuff. I said
I'd add a few working examples as well, so its not quite finished yet, but
if anyone wants to fix or add stuff, please let me know whats missing.
