Status and vote mod_md

In status I saw mod_md v1.1.0   and voted +1. 

Yesterday I reset my vote because in 2.4.x-mod_md is 1.1.8. 

Tested today 1.1.8 and all looks fine with the disabled function  TLS-SNI-01 by LE. 

My vote is now +1 and the experimental mod_md can be backported. I have also no other issue reports from other admins. 

Stefan/icing : can you vote for me as steffenal as you done before ?

Stefan/icing : please update the documentation concerning the disabled  TLS-SNI-01.

(looks like "svn merge ^/httpd/httpd/branches/2.4.x-mod_md ." works smoothly ;)
