   @jobinpt can you share more details with us:
   - for ex. during the upgrade, did the sytemvmtemplates got upgraded/registered?
   - share details of your env, for ex. hypervisor host/version, storage etc.
   - was this an in-place upgrade of the mgmt server or moved the mgmt server? in case of KVM, were the KVM hosts upgraded (for ex. cloudstack-agent pkg was upgraded and the agent was restarted)
   - Can you stop the mgmt server, and tail the management server logs to a file and start it? Do you see any exceptions in the full logs?
