AXIS Beta 2 release candidate is available

The release candidate for beta 2 is available!

For details on the changes between beta 1 and beta 2, see
http://xml.apache.org/axis/beta1-beta2.html.

PLEASE play with this distribution!  By the end of the day Monday, if there
are no major problems, it will become the official beta 2.

Note:  there is a little work yet to do on the documents - primarily the
WSDD section of the Reference Guide - these will be updated before the
official beta 2.  Any other other documentation problems that you see,
please let us know.

A CVS branch called "Beta2" has been created.  So you die-hard axis-dev
folks who want to work on AXIS during the weekend can now work on the head
branch without disturbing the beta 2 release.
