   @JaroslavTulach @ebarboni just noticed we have ended up with a Javadoc link that goes nowhere at https://bits.netbeans.org/  There's a VM permissions issue where the root folder for Javadoc needs creating manually - thought I'd changed them a while back - assume why the link is dead.  Need to decide if we want Javadoc (presuming not?) and then find a way to control this.
